Refund Policy

If you are not loving Hege for any reason, you can cancel your subscription at any point of time by writing to us at care@naturalhege.com. We will process a refund only for the remaining cans that have not been delivered to you as a part of your subscription plan. We will let you know by email when the refund is processed from our end. Depending on the mode of refund and bank, it would take 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
 
Discounted items and add-ons purchased from our website are not eligible for a refund. Natural Hege will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as
distributors or retail partners.
We would not be able to issue a refund without actual receipt of payment. All disputes  subject to the Hyderabad jurisdiction.

Replacement Policy

 

If a defective Hege 20L Water Can is delivered, you can request for a replacement by including the photograph of the unopened Water Can and writing to us at    care@naturalhege.com. Please note that this request needs to be raised before opening the   Water Can seal. The Water Can shall not be eligible for replacement once the seal opened.

 Please note that replacement request should be raised within 7days from the date of delivery.
